congress must pass a budget every year or they loose their pay until they pass one. congress must not make anymore than the average pay from the area they work in. when we are faced with debt ceiling issues congress will not get paid until they figure out how to get the ceiling raised, when raising the debt ceiling for every $1 raise there shall be $1.50 in cuts, however not to anything our seniors or disabled collect or use like s.s. medicare, ect
cut all foreign aid, lets take care of our own people instead of killing at gaza (by give isreal 5 billion/yr) they must apply for it and the only way to get it would be no conflicts between other counties for 15 yrs.
close the loophole for paying into social security everybody pays the same %age.
