We the people of the United States of America believe it is due time for the federal government to build the world's first working DeLorean Time Machine.
With the help of professor Ronald Mallett, The US government can build this DeLorean Time Machine to keep future terrorist attacks from happening as well as foresee the future and repair past ordeals like debt ceiling negotiation and stock market collapses upon many many other positives for the american people as well as the world.
We believe nothing but positive and good things can come of this.
