BUILD ANNEXES TO POLICE STATIONS WHERE POLICE CAN MENTOR COMMUNITY YOUTHS TO DEVELOP MUTUAL TRUST AND SAVE OUR FUTURE.

Created by K.C. on April 30, 2015

We need to create a FACILITY where our youth and law enforcement to engage positively. We must create a department like YOUTH EMPOWERMENT SERVICES (YES) PROGRAM. At the age of 13, our youth, esp. males should have a program of mentorhip in a modern, state-of-the-art building, annexed to police stations in which part of police training is heavily geared toward how to engage/save our youth, rather than how to subdue and incarcerate them. We need a system in which the youths in a community know the names of the police in uniform and the police knows the names of the youth and their family. This will solve so much of the antagonism between the youth and the police, for generations to come. Let us start a fund-raiser to fix our disaster of the neglected and abandoned youth.
