Build aquaducts from the places that have a lot of rain(eastern seaboard) and flooding midwest etc(Mississippi river)

This would create jobs, save money in flood areas(install massive pumps) and all this water would be chanelled to the west where there is a water shortage crisis. Infrastructure!!
