Build an aqueduct from New England to the western states

Created by C.S. on March 25, 2015

Much of California and other western states are in a drought. California has been in a drought for the past 4 years; many of you know that. The 2014-2015 winter in New England resulted in more snow that it could handle. Boston had a record amount of snow this past winter (108+ inches!!). All our government needs to do is build an aqueduct from New England to the western states and the water that will come from the Northeast will be a big help in getting the west out of drought. It will also help New England in winter because it will be getting rid of all that unneeded snow.
