Dear United States Government,
Please start building autonomous Vault systems as soon as possible. They will protect citizens from doomsday type disasters for decades to centuries. A Vault is a super fortified bunker that is nuclear war proof. A vault also is autonomous and has its own water purification system. They should be built on the outskirts of major cities like Washington D.C.. The leader of these Vault systems will be known as the overseer.
