We petition the Obama administration to build a Battlestar to protect Earth from Cylon invaders.A battlestar has never been built before, and as such will create new industries and new infrastructure that will heavily stimulate the economy. A battlestar will also allow for Earth's protection against cylon invaders. It is able to survive reentry through an atmosphere, and take on nuclear attacks from 4 Cylon baseships.
