My coworker (lived in Fredrick, MD) and I (lived in Fairfax, VA) propose putting up a free (No Toll) bridge across from Fairfax County to Montgomery County.
It helps people traveling in both sides for their work. Therefore, the entire traffic in this D.C. metropolitan area is improved.
