In the Future when Humans have begun colonzation of planets like Mars . we will need a place to have talks on Politics and business in A safe area. There would be zones with Embassy's and political groups are gaurded by a Form of National gaurd like Security service . Shopping zones would have paid Civilian Security gaurds in the stores . Civilian housing would be for businessmen and Employees and Tourist's . The Citadel space station would be ran by Nasa and SpaceX.The Citadel space station from Mass effect 3 is a great idea for a real thing.
