build city parks in big cities and small towns, with walls for legal street art similar to that of venice beach

i propose this petition to fund parks all over the country in big cities and small towns alike, for people of all ages to paint beautiful street art without fear of prosecution. this petition, if chosen, can help a number of issues. it can help people reduce stress, bring the community together, stimulate individual city economies, business sales, food sales, tourism, bring culture to the area, be a nice area to get rid of the stress of everyday life. these parks can be monitored by camera, and/or peace officers enforce the rules of each individual park. rules for each park can be chosen by the communities themselves. rules such as not painting offensive things. these parks could charge each artist a fee for each wall and the art can remain untouched for a certain amount of time.
