Build a coast to coast pedestrian/bicycle trail. This trail would jump start enormous alternative transportation possibilities as neighboring communities built trails to the original trail. Then their neighbors would connect to them. Soon these trails would connect the county. In addition, this would be a fantastic jobs program.
