This administration should make a National Priority like the Trip to the Moon - to retro-fit the nation's freeways with an Elevated Electric Vehicle Roadway to connect all points of the country. This project would create millions of green jobs in auto manufacturing (Electric Cars and Trucks), construction and housing, as well as engineering and technology jobs that cannot be outsourced.
