In case of a climate disaster that could kill billion and billion of people, the governement should spend money in emergency evacuation/housing instead of spending it in useless things. Like, we know and EVERYONE knows that the sea level is getting higher more and more every years. The face of the world could be almost earthless in twenty years... Who knows what could happen ? So, if you want an emergency issue, sign that petition. Don't think that nothing could happen.
