Build a fleet of large spacecrafts for those of us who are tired of this planet.

I think it would be beneficial for the United States government to build a fleet of large spacecrafts that are capable of holding hundreds of people, growing fruits and vegetables, and keeping livestock. This would greatly benefit those of us who are tired of living on the Planet Earth due to political problems, or whatever reason they may have to be done here.
