Build geofront's to protect the untied states citizens from attacks and natural disasters such as huricanes and tornados

This is a petition to start the construction of geofronts. Geofronts would allow improve growth of citys and towns. Where it will be entirely cased underground and protection from natural disasters that would otherwise be devastating to above grown elements. It would also be a defense if we ever were attacked by nuclear elements. This would create many jobs and expand communitys and make new ones.
