Create public/private partnerships by having the Gvt. build the green factories it wants and bring business back to America. These partnerships would address the environment, jobs and the operating costs incurred by businesses that wish to relocate to the U.S.A. Mr. President could then run a PSA about companies that sell it here, make it here and bring prosperity back to America!!! We are the most productive nation in the world we need to get back to doing what we do best building the next great generation.
