Build a high-speed rail network (with trains traveling at 300 km up) interlinking the east coast to the west coast.

The United States should build a high speed rail network connecting the east and west coast with trains traveling at a speed of 300km or above to create fast and cheap travel across the United States. Almost every other country in the world has a better rail system and rich countries have extensive high speed rail network. US is the only one that does not have this. US only has one high speed train, and it is only a commuter train. The US should build an extensive high speed rail to promote the use of trains in the United States.
