President Obama should build high speed trains and railways which connect all of the major cities in America. This would free up our airways and reduce the amount of oil we consume as a nation for long distance travel and long distance freight shipments. Passengers and companies would benefit from not having to rely on trucks and airplanes which can be very unpredictable and expensive thanks to the high cost of oil. It would also allow American farmers and merchants to ship their products all over the country for less money instead of shipping everything in from other countries throughout the world. This initiative would create construction jobs all across America almost immediately and then create many supporting jobs all across America later on down the road.
