Doctors live on site and serve 8 years, emerge with student loans paid, used equipment when available. Nurses aids are widowed, able elderly, single moms who enjoy housing and meals at facility.Doctors and nurses can rotate to other facilities to learn and vacation.Planes for doctor/patient transport can also fly out to help disaster victims with mobile hospitals.Funding would come from museum displays attached to the facilities, rotating the donated items to keep the display fresh, payroll 1 or 2% donations, and paying customers.Use assembly line surgeries like the Europeans do and serve 100's per day at far lower cost.Use dogs for cancer detection, homeopathic alternatives. Offer basic care, hospice with strong drink, No neonatal or organ transplants.
