Build a huge battle ship and name it the USS Cracker and park it on the coast of Benghazi

make the ship larger than any other battle ship made including the Bismark
equip it with 40 tomahawk missile launch systems
20 nuclear silos and 25 16 inch guns and 15 depth charge shoots and any other armament needed to protect it at sea

give it a nuclear propulsion system that is capable of a cruising speed 57 knots with 3 helo pads

then scrap it and blame it on George bush
