The Obama administration has done great things thus far to address climate change. But more can be done. In the 21st century we should not still be burning fossil fuels to get around to our destinations. The automotive industry has more tools & technology at their disposal then they did during WWII & they didn't let the country down then & if compelled to create nothing but "green" vehicles by 2031 they wont let us down at that time either. This can be done if the car industry can create two battery cylinders that slide out from behind the back car seats via a panel on the outside. This way if a traveler doesn't want to stop to recharge their batteries via a plugin they just stop at a "gas station" & an employee swaps the drained batteries for two new batteries that were charged on site.
