PETITION
• I support inclusion of a museum facility as the focal point of the proposed Grandview Development at Hwy. 100 and 50th St. in Edina, for the display of the permanent collection of the Minnesota Museum of American Art (now in storage).
• I oppose the continuing storage of the permanent collection of MMAA pending acquiring a first floor space lease in downtown St. Paul, a location seemingly favored by current MMAA staff/board but that proved problematic in the past.
• I strongly oppose maintaining the collection in storage for an extended amount of time and support moving as swiftly as possible in seeing that this remarkable collection is shared with the community.
