Build an outdoor soccer rink with flood lights in the Kettering, OH area.

Soccer is a large part of the community in Kettering OH, we were hoping that we could build an outdoor soccer rink with lights so that the community could come together. With this rink people will have an increased interest in sports and it will improve people's health and recreation. I don't think this should just be a small field in our community, but this could set a precedent for communities across the country and will improve people's interests in health and sports. Depending on the size and functionality of this outdoor soccer rink, it could also create jobs. If you are confused about what I'm am talking about building, here is an example
