Build a pipeline from the U.S. to the Arctic that would allow areas with heavy snow to pump the snow to the ice caps.

As the northern region of the U.S. experiences record snowfall, the Arctic climate is relatively mild thereby leading to the loss of Arctic ice. We need to invest in a pipeline that would allow the U.S. to transfer large amounts of snow out of our cities and back to the Arctic where it belongs. This pipeline would not only create infrastructure jobs, but it would also give cities a viable means of disposing of record snow accumulation while at the same time replenishing the snow and ice that has been lost from the Arctic ice caps. Over time this addition of much needed snow in the Arctic could cool the region to a point that the Artic ice would cease to melt, thereby reversing the effects of global warming.
