Build a pipline for fresh, potable water from the midwest of the U.S. to California.

Build multiple pipelines for fresh, potable water (As you would build an oil pipeline), from the midwest to California aqafillers and reservoirs. This would create jobs nationwide, help to relieve severe water shortages across the state of California, help with flooding from the midwest river systems, support economies within local states, raise the tax base by directly creating jobs. As well as seconary jobs. Water can be used for irragation, rebuilding water supplies, Water within these reservoirs could then be used to generate electrcity for energy needs rather then being 'wasted' from flooding the midwest.
