It is religious and legal malpractice to aid and abet persons in USA dishonestly. Over population IS the major environmental problem in the world. There are water shortages in Texas and elsewhere. I don't have children because I was unable to afford.
Love begins before having children by not having if you or environment are unable to provide for. Now, like a bank robber holding up a child to rob a bank, many persons entering USA dishonestly of ALL races are having children raised by charity. Essentially, piggybacking off the backs of babes to get away with being in USA illegally.
This goes for persons from get go expecting welfare programs to provide for children. Welfare and charity were intended for hard times and not as a career choice whether in USA legally or illegally...
