Build a repulsorlift vehicle like the ones in the film series star wars

My petition is for the government to start to manufacter airspeeders almost like to ones from the film series Star Wars. I believe that they should be built with several hidden solar panels that will charge up the airspeeder all day while in use or not. Thus using solar panels, it will slow down the warm period on earth (Global Warming) by not polluting the air with gasoline.
