MAKE A SAFE RETIREMENT FOR EVERYONE. Everyone should a have a safe retirement with a good pension. I propose making a new payroll tax of 9.3% for the employer and the employee on your income. This system is exactly like CSRS (the retirement system the government had before the current system FERS) . This system of course will eliminate social security payroll tax and switch beneficiaries to this new system.I want to have a safe retirement with a pension not a 401K that could leave me with barely enough to survive my retired years and I want everyone to have this so they can live comfortably for there retired years and not try and struggle with the little they have.
