Build a skate park in the east side of Bakersfield CA because there is a dirt field that nobody has used for years.

We would like to build a skate park on the east side of Bakersfield California because it would benefit both skaters and their parents. Also skaters have to make a huge trip that can take about 20 minutes or more just to go to another skate park and it could help the parents less worried of where their kids are. There are reasons for this, such as: 1. The boys/girls will be in a much more safer area. 2. Parents won't have to worry about how far theur kids are going. 3. They are more in an environmental location. We asked that you (the government) will like to help us build this skate park so the parents of the children can know what we do and where we are at and we thank you if you do. Thank you.
