A Star Destroyer from the Star Wars franchise of movies, comics, games, and other media is a capital ship of the Galactic Empire, capable of transporting thousands of people and laying waste to a world through continued orbital bombardment.
We are not asking Obama to make a Star Destroyer in four years-a world union would take longer. We want Obama to construct a vessel that can harbor thousand(s) and deal destruction to either enemy vessels or worlds. It would not only boost jobs since people have to work on it, the economic cost would stimulate the economy and help end the depression. America should be known as a world power that can make massive things, and what better way than to construct a spaceship, one a kilometer long?
