Many people are still heartbroken over the death of Harambe, the rare gorilla who was shot and killed during an incident in which a child fell in his enclosure. A statue built in the same city in which he lost his life would be heralded as a national and international symbol of solidarity and a monument that speaks against animal cruelty.
