To start a project to see if we can build either a subway line, ferry system, or light rail line, to reduce traffic congestion in Hampton Roads. We need to reduce our dependency on oil and make for a better environment with less pollution in the Hampton Roads area. We need a system to connect Suffolk to Williamsburg since too many people depend on cars to get to work and soon it's going to mean less productive time for people.
