Switzerland is known as one of the most stable countries in the world. Its healthcare system is close to perfect, they spend 2.7% GDP as opposed to the US' 7.4% on healthcare (The US would save 700 Billion if committing to similar percentages), 99.5% of Switzerland is covered with healthcare, and their goal for healthcare is 10% of their income on insurance, and due to wide range of private insurance companies provides healthy competition in the field and keeps inflation down.
