That being said, We the People implore this Administration to take a page out of Marty Mcfly's book, and build a time machine to send Dr. James Murphy back to the Constitutional Convention in 1787. During his most excellent adventure, he will be able to modify the Constitution so he no longer has to be forced to pay for social programs such as Medicare and Medicaid and can establish a more "a la carte" style program for taxation.
