This petition is made to try and convince Barrack Obama and the U.S. Government to build the under water city of Rapture (from the Bioshock game series). If this city is built then it would easily open up more opportunities for people to live and start a family there. A good location for the city hasn't been located yet bet I'll say that under the pacific ocean would be a good spot to build it. If this city is built then a lot more opportunities would apprise starting new lives for lots of people.
