We the people ask that white roofs be built on all homes and buildings to reflect heat back up into the air, black/dark roofs collect heat and cause a greenhouse effect that will raise A.C. bills in the summer
arguably white roofs could raise winter heating bills but if your house is well insulated you will remain nice and toasty
parts of the U.S. have already started, as California has made it mandatory for white roofs to be on commercial buildings and the rest of the U.S. should follow and possibly the united Nations and the world would follow, so that could destroy all the environmental problems the world has been having.
