Enforce Background checks when purchasing bullets . Put a high tax on bullets so not just anyone can pick up a box at your local superstore, which the money from the tax can go to mental health programs .. We can argue back and forth about our right to bear arms all we want but something needs to be done fast . There is nothing in the amendments about the right to have bullets you can have 100 guns but without a bullet there pretty useless . Also for those who must need to shoot at things for target practice there are rubber bullets .
