Currently, in the state of California, there are no laws defined that protect a citizen against these violations.
Rather, the crimes fall into several categories, very broad based, through Civil, Criminal and Federal Laws, which all represent the abuse.
I find it so abstract and vast, as well as time consuming, and fear others whom have fallen victim to this sort of horrific hell, have no specific support legally when standing up for themselves.
I, as a victim trying to reclaim my life, feel that their needs to be specific punishments defined by law and codes not yet written or written into, included or specified, in the catagorization of Civil/Criminal/Federal, that will punish those whom, as a choice, pursue this line of personal attack/violation
