Our borders are NOT secure and talk of amnesty is creating a migration crisis. In the process, decisions in Washington are making San Diego and border states the nation's dumping ground for illegal activity/violating our borders. There is no need to send them to proximity to the border for processing if they are not being sent to Mexico. They are supposed to be given flights back to their country of origin, so they should be processed in Washington DC and/or simply handed over to their embassy or consulate. Until our military is sent in to secure our borders, all border states should send individuals breaching our borders to Washington DC for processing.
