Businesses should hire people on welfare. The Federal Government can pay the businesses the welfare checks so people on welfare can get a chance at employment. The business in return will pay the employee the check plus whatever else they feel that the employee is worth. This will allow business to create extra positions they could not afford before. This will give people a chance to be employed and eventually have the knowledge, skills, and abilities to be employed full time.
