Businesses shouldn't be allowed to check your credit score when it comes to employment. The reason most people get a job is to pay their bills. If they either were young and made mistakes or can't keep up with bills (which could be due to unemployment) whatever the situation may be it shouldn't keep a employer from hiring someone.
