Currently Brazil is scheduled to host the 2014 FIFA World Cup. This has caused a tremendous strain on the infrastructure and economy of that small nation, resulting is massive civil unrest. The USA Government should buy the 2014 FIFA World Cup from Brazil for approximately $700 Billion and host it in the USA. The United States is in a far better position to host a major sporting event. The 1994 FIFA World Cup, which was hosted in the USA, was the most profitable in history.
