Joe Washburn needs a car as his car was in the shop today and it was found that it needs more repairs than the car is worth. It was suggested that he get another car immediately. Mr. Washburn does not have enough money to do this. This is a Family Monetary Problem. As with all Family Monetary Problems, we know that the US Government is the first place we should turn.
