Since we're not doing anything worth much with the tax money anyways, why not use a bit to make a kid happy? Mainly me, a nice sky blue shelby mustang would be nice,and also the 10 years free insurance, cuz that would have been expensive, and i'd be happy and the obama administration could sat they are helping out the little people
