The right of labor to organize&strike,and have the US Labor Dept. work to enforce these rights not roll over and play dead!! I was fired for union organizing and even though I was showen not to have been fired for cause in a state of Wi. employment hearing and allowed to collect unemployment I reveived no help from either the Wi. state dept.of labor or the US Dept. of Labor they both just rolled over and played dead!! I took what little money I had and hired Cross Law Firm out of Chicago they took the case right away and wanted it since their specialty is labor law and they said they seldom see such a slam dunk of a case. Unfortunately my father became ill the co he had retired from had been sold they dumped his health care pension benifits I had to move home to help had to drop the case.
