Buy President Obama a copy of the U.S. Constitution, including all amendments. Have someone read it to him. They should read it slowly, taking special care to emphasize the first ten amendments. They should then explain to him the meaning of the restrictions on the federal government imposed by the first ten amendments, with special emphasis on the 2nd, 9th, and 10th amendments.
