Buy the site of Wounded Knee as a national historical site. We all need to remember this event.

Created by P.L. on April 12, 2013

We want to preserve the site at Wounded Knee as a national historical site. What happen at Wounded Knee should never be forgotten. Three hundred unarmed innocent Lakota men, women and children were slaughtered by the United States Army's Seventh Cavalry in the winter of 1890. They need to be remembered. The Lakota nation needs to be remembered and their culture preserved. This site belongs to all Americans and is an integral part of our history which needs to be remembered in truth.
