Calculate how may tax dollars were wasted in replying to a petition about creating a Death Star.

Recently, the White House has issued several formal responses to petitions on this site that are of a ludicris nature, especially in light of the current sequestration. We the people would like to see the total man hours wasted frivolously coming up with the cost calculations of building a "Death Star", and the total cost to the taxpayers in doing so. This would include the salaries of all persons involved, the cost of electricity used in doing so, the government-owned equipment upon which it was done, etc.
