The gun laws in California are some of the strictest in this country. Why is there so much gun regulation in this state? First of all, with all the crime happening in this state, including the an Bernardino shooting, there were no gun regulation laws that could've remotely stopped this terrorist attack. We have a 2nd amendment right to bear arms. If the workers in the building have had guns, the shooters may have been stopped before anything serious happened. The shooters may not have even attacked if they knew that there were guns in the building. These terrorists got these guns illegally smuggled in to the country. That's sad. The victims who were law abiding had ABSOLUTELY no means of protection against this. There are many many more instances that I could've talked about but I can't.
