California has suffered a very severe drought for many years now, and as population keeps growing the future looks as nothing but trouble. My proposition is for the goverment to start building desalinization plants for treatment of sea water along the Pacific Coast. By doing this all farmers will have an endless source of water as all the cities in California. Eventually this will even change the weather in the area and prevent the constant fires. Please don't wait untill there is a crisis or is to late to start fixing this this problem or a Private Company start taking advantadge to this basic need for all people.
